Trainings:

Weaponless Defense Training. This
training is based on CA POST requirements for Pease Officer’s weaponless
defense training, but have been altered to meet a private sector security
forces requirements and includes elements of:
o De-escalation and tactical communication techniques
o Detention / Arrest and control techniques.
o Control holds and take down techniques.
o Ground control techniques.
o Weaponless self-defense techniques
o Impact weapons techniques
o Proper use of force documentation
o California laws and regulations regarding lawful /
unlawful uses of force.

Verbal de-escalation / conflict
resolution training. This training covers understanding of physiological base
for stressful situation and offers variety of techniques to deal with a
difficult / aggressive person.

Workplace violence prevention training.
This training covers different types of workplace violence incidents and offers
insights of their potential solutions.

Active Shooter Training. This training
covers Law Enforcement insights on how civilian and private security officers
should act during extremely violent incidents of active shooters.
· Firearms training. Selectively, Blue Diamond Firearm Instructors will train qualified candidates.
